Our Thermal Guard "walk on" spa cover has passed all the government standards for safety (ASTMF1345-91 95SJ) and U.L. Both sides of our cover are reinforced with FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) to provide the strength and rigidity of a true "walk on" safety cover. It is one of the truly "walk on" covers that is certified by the U. S. and U.L.
